We re looking for an organised, proactive, and professional Sales Administrator / PA to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. (with the opportunity for the role to become permanent)
This is a key role within the business, providing administrative and personal assistant support to the Managing and Sales Director and the wider Sales / Estimating team.
We re not a large corporate environment, we re a busy, close-knit team where everyone plays an important part. We re looking for someone who s hard working, adaptable, and happy to wear multiple hats to help keep things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities: - Monitoring and managing incoming emails and phone calls
- Ordering and sending out product samples
- Filing and maintaining company paperwork and records
- Tracking tenders and ensuring they are logged and followed up
- Managing and updating Director s diary and appointments
- Taking minutes during meetings as required
- Providing general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Skills and Experience: - Previous experience in an administrative, sales support, or PA role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- A proactive attitude and willingness to get involved in a variety of tasks
Job Details - Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm
- Salary: £27,500 per annum
