Gateman/Civils Operative

Location: Pembrook Sub Station
Duration: 7 Months
Pay Rate: 32 per hour (CIS)

TRIbuild Solutions are currently looking for an experienced Gateman / Civils Operative for a long-term position at Pembrook Sub Station. The role will involve site access control alongside general civils duties, working within a high-security substation environment where safety and compliance are critical.

• Controlling and monitoring access to the substation site

• Signing in and out all personnel and visitors

• Ensuring strict adherence to site security and health & safety procedures

• Managing vehicle and plant movements safely

• Assisting with civils works as required

• Operating plant when necessary

• Reporting hazards, incidents, or breaches immediately

• CP NSI 6-8 Full (mandatory)

• CPCS or NPORS Forward Tipping Dumper or Ride On Roller

• 3-Day First Aid at Work

• 2-Day HSG47

• Valid CSCS Card

• Previous experience working on substations or similar high-security sites

• Strong safety awareness and good communication skills

• 32 per hour paid via CIS

• 7 months' work on a secure project
