Site Manager

Thorn Baker are looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Site Manager to join the construction team of a regional private residential developer supporting the Head of Construction & Project managers, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.

The Role:

• Team & Contractor Management
• Compliance and risk Management
• Communication and coordination
• Quality & progress monitoring

About You:

• Construction related qualification
• Previous experience managing residential, refurbishment or conversion projects
• CSCS, SMSTS, etc.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
