Working on various tenders across industrial, education, healthcare, heritage, and commercial projects; you will be an integral figure in the pre-construction team.

Responsibilities

• Producing accurate net tenders from drawings & specifications and work with the team to submit tender returns

• Obtaining rates for each relevant trade; knowledge of first principles in pulling rates together will be required
• Measuring quantities from drawings including substructures, drainage and subcontract packages.
• Liaising with Senior Management and obtain their input into tenders, offers and proposals
• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors at tender stage to obtain the most competitive prices; ensuring firm quotes are received for significant materials and subcontract items.
• Running more than one tender at any one time
• Attending pre and post contract reviews and client meetings
• Handing over successful tenders to the construction team
