Galvanizing operative

Overview - EXPERIENCE NEEDED FOR THIS ROLE!

One Call Consultants are currently looking for 3 individuals with Galvanizing Experience to join our dynamic team within a fast-paced warehouse environment. The successful candidate will play a vital role in materials handling, shipping and receiving operations, and maintaining efficient warehouse processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic and relevant experience to develop their skills in logistics, mechanical systems, and warehouse management.

Duties

• Operating over head crane equipment and forklift.
• Preparing work to enter the Galvanzing process.
• Manage materials using warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and movement.
• Perform heavy lifting of goods and materials, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Support construction-related activities as needed, including handling specialised equipment and materials.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on mechanical equipment to ensure optimal operation.
• Organise stock storage areas for easy access and inventory control.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of lorries, ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Galvanizing experience needed.

Hours - We have 3 shifts

- 6am -2pm
- 2pm- 10pm
- 10pm - 6am

Pay rate is all based on experience - 13 - 14 an hour
