Role Overview: They are seeking a proactive Quantity Surveyor to join their team and assist the current estimator. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain exposure to all stages of projects from tendering through to final account. Key Responsibilities: Assist the current estimator with tender preparation and related legwork where required. Liaise with clients and subcontractors throughout projects, including variations, contracts, and final account processes. Support contract managers, workshop teams, and other estimators in project delivery. Conduct site visits as required to measure and verify works. Candidate Requirements: Previous experience in fit-out work, particularly for retail and restaurant projects, other areas will be suitable. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow projects through to completion. Ideally Manchester-based or local, with flexibility to travel to site visits.
