Site Manager Hotel Refurbishment Project

We are recruiting an experienced Site Manager to oversee the refurbishment of corridors within a live hotel environment.

Project Details:

• Start Date: 05th January

• Duration: 3 4 months

• Location: Covent Garden

• Future Opportunities: This project is expected to lead to further work for the right candidate.

Role Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day management of site operations within a live hotel

• Coordinating subcontractors and trades

• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard

• Managing health & safety and maintaining minimal disruption to hotel guests and staff

• Liaising with hotel management, clients, and project teams

• Quality control and progress reporting

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment projects

• Experience working in live/occupied environments (hotels, residential, healthcare, etc.)

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• SMSTS, CSCS (First Aid desirable)

• Ability to manage works sensitively in guest-facing areas
