An ambitious Construction Consultancy that continues to grow is seeking an articulate and team-focused Quantity Surveyor for their Surrey office.
The Quantity Surveyor's role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will work alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor and Associate on high-end, super prime residential projects across the Southeast.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be involved in pre and post contract work including: preparing budgets and cost plans, managing the full tender process, administering contracts, and negotiating final accounts.
The Quantity Surveyor
- 3+ years Quantity Surveying experience
- Completed a Quantity Surveying degree
- Working towards chartership
- Worked within a UK construction consultancy
- Able to commute to Southwest London/Surrey
- Residential or high end residential project experience
