You will act as the central point of contact between engineering, quality, construction, and commissioning teams ensuring that every test pack is complete, accurate, and fully aligned with project specifications, client requirements, and international standards. Key Responsibilities: You ll serve as the single point of contact for all hydrostatic test documentation (Hydro Test Records) across the project. You ll provide technical expertise and liaison with MEH Site Management and Assurance Leads. You ll interface with MEH completions and commissioning teams regarding Construction Transfer Packages (CTP) and End of Erection Status Reports (EESR) You ll lead the compilation, the review, and approval process for hydro test records related to piping systems, pressure vessels, and associated components. You ll ensure test documentation is fully traceable, complete, and compliant with project and client specifications. You ll collaborate with QA/QC Inspectors, Test Supervisors, Engineers, and Document Control to monitor the status of hydro test packs. You ll maintain and regularly update trackers, registers, and databases to support project reporting and records transparency. You ll support field walkdowns, punch list management, and resolution of outstanding items required for record closeout. You ll review Material Test Certificates (MTCs), weld maps, NDT records, and pressure test reports for alignment and completeness. You ll liaise with client representatives for timely test pack approvals and documentation handover. You ll participate in audits and provide traceability evidence for hydro test records as required. You ll assist in refining and improving test record processes, procedures, and templates across the project. What You ll Bring to the Role: You have a strong technical mindset with a solid foundation in hydrostatic testing, welding, and quality records.
