Key responsibilities include: Managing project costs from procurement through to final account Preparing subcontractor packages and managing procurement processes Assessing subcontractor valuations and payments Monitoring project budgets, variations, and cost reporting Producing monthly valuations and financial forecasts Managing change control and variation submissions Supporting commercial strategy across live projects Working closely with site and delivery teams to track performance Maintaining accurate commercial records and documentation Assisting with risk and cost management throughout project lifecycles Applicants should have experience within residential new build or refurbishment environments.
