Industrial Relations Manager
A Tier 1 contractor is seeking an Industrial Relations Manager to support a long term nuclear infrastructure project in Cumbria. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing delivery team on a complex and high profile programme.
Key responsibilities
Lead on industrial relations matters across the project
Act as the main point of contact for workforce engagement and labour relations
Support site management teams with grievance resolution and dispute avoidance
Advise on employment practices, compliance and workforce policies
Build strong working relationships with operatives, project teams and external stakeholders
Provide regular reporting on workforce trends and IR activities
Requirements
Previous experience in industrial relations within construction or major infrastructure
Strong understanding of workforce relations and dispute resolution
Confident communicator able to influence and advise across multiple teams
Ability to build trust and provide clear, practical guidance
Ability to obtain security clearance or already hold clearance
