Mechanical Project Manager - Major Residential Scheme

Up to £90,000 + Package East London Start ASAP

We're working with a well-established M&E contractor who are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to lead a large-scale residential development in East London.

The project has an M&E value of £25 million and covers both shell & core and full fit-out, with a strong mechanical bias. You'll act as the primary point of contact for the client, overseeing delivery from pre-construction through to completion.
The Role:

• Lead the mechanical delivery on a £25m M&E package.
• Oversee full project lifecycle design, coordination, installation, commissioning, and handover.
• Manage subcontractors, client interface, and internal delivery teams.
• Ensure works are completed safely, on programme, and to the highest quality.
• Report directly to senior management with regular progress updates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing large residential or mixed-use projects.
• Strong mechanical building services background.
• Excellent client-facing and coordination skills.
• Ability to drive project delivery and manage complex technical packages.
