Contract Position for Building Control department - Local Authority Building Control

12 month contract

Registered Building Inspector

55 - 60 per hour (outside IR35)

• Working on site 3 days per week as a minimum on site inspections across the area, focussing mainly on class 2A (domestic) building control projects
• You will work in a well staffed team on a long term contract basis
• Open to surveyors with 2A , 2B, 2D registration
• Plan checks can be done remotely, working from home
• Ovetime rates apply for work above 37 hour contract
  
  Must be able to work on domestic building control projects on site and at planning stage

Local Authority experience is not essential. Role can start in January if preferred
