Are you a Commercial Manager / Head of Commercial ready to take ownership of the commercial function in a fast-scaling luxury fit-out business?

This contractor is delivering some of London s most prestigious interiors projects, with turnover set to grow from £12.5m to £20m+ in the next two years. The MD is still hands-on with commercial activity and now needs a proven Commercial Manager / Head of Commercial to step in and elevate the function.

The Role

• Lead a small team of surveyors & oversee commercial sign-offs for 6 7 Project Managers.
• As Commercial Manager / Head of Commercial, you ll take full accountability for valuations, forecasting & profit protection.
• Report directly to the board on performance & risk.
• Stay client-facing, ensuring projects are delivered commercially sound.

About You

• years Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management experience.
• Background as a Commercial Manager / Head of Commercial in luxury fit-out or interiors.
• Financially sharp, commercially confident, and strong negotiator.
• Degree in QS or Commercial Management. MRICS/MCIOB desirable.
