Salary: to £70k + package

Based: Wales (CF35)

• Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor with Civils Framework experience?
• Do you want to work on a long term regional water framework for a highly respected Civil Engineering Contractor?

An exciting opportunity has developed to work for a leading UK Civils Contractor on a key Water framework. The role will be for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to come in and join the Commercial Team working on a water contract.

Key criteria for the role will include:

• Experience working on a Civil Engineering framework
• Able to work independently, working on a sizeable project and working within a commercial team
• Strong eye for commercial opportunity, and be able to drive profit and efficiency
• Good at multi-tasking
• Strong client interfacing skills
• Strong contract management and negotiation skills
• Looking for a long-term role
