Our client, a successful independent estate agent in Luton, is looking for a Trainee Sales Negotiator to join their busy and supportive team. This is an excellent entry-level role offering full training, clear progression, and the chance to build a long-term career in property. Key Responsibilities: Register and build rapport with potential buyers. Arrange and accompany property viewings, providing feedback to vendors. Support the negotiation of offers between buyers and sellers. Book appointments for the mortgage advisor and refer clients to solicitors. Liaise with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and other estate agents. Assist in generating and booking property valuations. Maintain accurate records of activity on the CRM system. Deliver excellent customer service at all times. The Ideal Candidate: No previous estate agency experience required - full training provided. A strong interest in sales and the property industry. Confident communication and interpersonal skills. Motivated, enthusiastic, and target-driven. Well organised with good attention to detail. Full UK driving licence and own car (essential).
