Senior Quantity Surveyor

A successful construction Fit Out company are now looking for an established and detailed Senior Quantity Surveyor, who brings a great understanding of the fit-out market to start in February.

With your projects being across London, you the Senior Quantity Surveyor can expect to work on some of the best Commercial, Retail and Hotel fit out projects within the 1M - 20M value range.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will based in the office which is a short walk from Farringdon, with flexibility offered.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will specifically work on the costing of Shopfitting, Hotel and Office fit out schemes, which all sit in the high end of finish.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor immediately run the commercials on a stunning fast track 20-week CAT B office fit out scheme in Liverpool Street worth 2.6M. You will have the support from the Commercial Director.

The commercially astute Senior Quantity Surveyor should bring a collaborative and positive attitude towards finding solutions to any changes and apply a consistent financial understanding to every project.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Bringing strong experience of running own projects from start to finish
• Track record of full-time employment
• CAT B fit out experience would be handy
• Quick access into London
• Usage of multiple costing software
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Looking for a permanent position
• Provide a hands-on approach.
• Excellent organisational & team management skills
• Good computer skills
