Quantity Surveyor required by a public body in Ballymena to oversee the cost management of Estates Projects Your new company The services of Hays have been retained by our client, a large public body based in Ballymena, to recruit a Quantity Surveyor on an ongoing temporary contract basis for an initial period of c. 6 months with the possibility of further extension. Your new role Working within the Estates Services team, you will play a key role in the provision of a professional quantity surveying service for the organisation's capital and revenue projects / construction contracts.
