4 days in office and 1 from home
We are recruiting a Repairs Adviser to join a Housing Association in East London.
Key duties:
First point of contact for repair queries (phone & email)
Raise and manage repair orders on the housing system
Update systems, databases, and trackers accurately
Schedule and record repair appointments
Ensure repairs are raised in line with policies and procedures
Requirements:
Experience in a repairs or housing environment
Knowledge of housing systems preferred
Strong customer service and admin skills
