Job Description

Involve Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our clients finance team based in Bridgend. This is a full-time, in-person role with a January start.

Key Duties Include:

  • Processing high volumes of purchase invoices

  • Managing and maintaining the purchase ledger

  • Supplier statement reconciliations

  • Resolving invoice and supplier queries

  • Ensuring accurate and timely data entry using Xero

About You:

  • Proven experience in purchase invoicing and purchase ledger work

  • Confident user of Xero accounting software

  • Able to commute reliably to Bridgend

  • Available for a January start

  • Comfortable working full-time in an office environment

  • Most likely 2-3 months initially with potential opportunities to go permanent
