Site Manager / Assistant Construction Manager Major Infrastructure-Led Residential Development Essex Up to £65,000 + Benefits About the Role Joshua Robert are proud to be exclusively partnering with a leading residential Master Developer to recruit a Site Manager / Assistant Construction Manager for a landmark new settlement across Essex. This is a rare opportunity to join a business delivering a major infrastructure programme. Roads, drainage, utilities, heavy earthworks and landscaping, from design through to local authority adoption, before serviced parcels are handed over to housebuilders. You'll be working client-side, at the heart of a scheme that will shape a new community for the next generation, with genuine influence over how it's delivered.
