Client Details Our client are a well known Housing Maintenance Contractor based in the Midlands looking for a Senior QS to play a key role in the commercial delivery of high-profile housing projects, taking responsibility for both pre and post-contract commercial activities while supporting the successful delivery of programmes designed to improve and upgrade residential housing stock. Description Lead and support the commercial management of social housing maintenance and retrofit contracts. Experience delivering social housing retrofit projects. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working on SHDF-funded programmes. Knowledge of decarbonisation, energy efficiency, or sustainable retrofit projects.
