The Opportunity
Due to significant expansion on a £600mn programme at Sellafield, we are looking for an experienced Site Agent to join our delivery team. This is a chance to work with a leading Tier 1 contractor in a highly regulated nuclear environment, where safety, innovation, and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do.

Your duties and responsibilities will be

• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and programme requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to achieve milestones.
• Monitor progress against schedule and budget, reporting to the Project Manager.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards in line with Sellafield protocols.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including risk assessments and method statements.
• Build strong relationships with client representatives and stakeholders.

You will have the following qualifications & experience:

• Degree or HNC/HND in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Site Agent or similar role on large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and project delivery in regulated environments.
• Valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification.

It s great if you also have the following

• Previous experience on nuclear or high-security sites.
• Familiarity with digital project management tools.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
