Job Title: Architectural Technologist

Location: Sheffield

Salary: 35,000 - 45,000

They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Architectural Technologist to hit the ground running for their team in their Sheffield offices

Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist include:

  • Take the lead on various projects from inception through to completion
  • Manage a small team of more junior staff members to contribute to their professional development
  • Carry out site visits and ensure compliance is achieved
  • Produce building regulations and planning applications
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and other authorities

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist include:

  • Relevant degree within Architectural Technology
  • Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
  • Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
  • Experience working on projects across a range of sectors
  • Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
  • Strong design and technical skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Live within a commutable distance to the Sheffield area
