Technical Coordinator Construction & Building

I am currently recruiting for an experienced Technical Coordinator to join a well-established construction business delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong professional with a background in construction or building to play a key role in the coordination and delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate technical design information across multiple disciplines

Manage design development in line with project programmes and budgets

Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams

Review drawings, specifications, and technical submissions for accuracy and compliance

Support the delivery of projects through all technical stages

Ensure designs meet regulatory, quality, and client requirements
Key Requirements:

Proven experience in a Technical Coordinator or similar technical role

Strong background in construction and building
-
Experience working on residential and/or commercial projects

Good understanding of building regulations and technical standards

Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders

Strong communication and coordination skills
