Senior Project Manager - mechanical services required to join a healthcare specialist mechanical services contractor for London based projects. This is permanent role and suitable for a candidate living in London or the surrounding commutable area. The mechanical services contractor have a successful 25 year history of delivering design and build mechanical services installation projects covering heating, ventilation, air conditioning and chilled water solutions specifically for hospitals and private medical settings such as Harley Street. Projects often entail re-modelling and fit out of newly constructed buildings for purposes such as surgical and treatment rooms. Due to an imminent £3m 18 month project in Central London we are searching for a Project Manager with appropriate experience delivering mechanical projects in healthcare settings such as NHS or private hospitals. Installs are of a specialist nature in live environments.
