Trade qualification in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or fabric. Solid understanding of building systems and facilities management practices. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the region. IOSH or equivalent Health & Safety certification is advantageous, as is experience with KPIs, SLAs, and contractor management.
