A Minor Works team is seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to support the delivery of small to medium-scale capital, refurbishment and upgrade projects. The role involves producing detailed electrical designs, technical documentation and supporting project delivery across multiple sites. Essential Requirements Demonstrable experience in electrical building services design (consultancy, client-side or estates environment). Ability to produce detailed design documentation, drawings, and calculations. Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit beneficial). Strong understanding of BS 7671, CIBSE standards and relevant building regulations. Experience managing multiple projects concurrently and working independently. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Desirable Experience working on refurbishment or live operational environments.
