About the Project:
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading main contractor delivering a multi-phase, high-value residential scheme in the Henley (RG10) area. The project includes complex site logistics, phased construction, high traffic flow, and strict H&S requirements. We are seeking an experienced Construction Logistics Manager to take full ownership of logistics planning and coordination.
Oversee traffic management, delivery coordination, and material movement.
Manage gatekeeping, delivery booking systems, and vehicle access control.
Liaise with site management, subcontractors, and local authorities.
Oversee waste management, site welfare, storage, and laydown areas.
Ensure compliance with all H&S regulations and project-specific requirements.
Produce reports, attend site meetings, and contribute to project planning.
Supervise logistics teams, including traffic marshals and labourers.
Minimum 3 years experience in construction logistics on large-scale projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use).
Strong background in traffic management, consolidation, sequencing, and site coordination.
Experience using delivery management systems (e.g., SignInApp, Zutec, DMS platforms).
CSCS Card (Black or Gold preferred)
SMSTS or SSSTS
Traffic Management / Banksman Ticket
First Aid (preferred)
Fire Marshal (preferred)
Highly organised with strong communication skills.
Able to manage multiple logistics streams in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive problem solver with a strong safety-first mindset.
Comfortable working with senior site teams and subcontractors.
