Plumber Social Housing

Location: Harlow / North Essex
Pay Rate: 21.18 per hour
Contract Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Plumber to join our team, working on social housing properties in Harlow / North Essex area. This is a mobile role, so you'll be provided with a company van to travel between sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations in social housing properties
• Respond to reactive maintenance requests and complete planned works
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and is completed to a high standard
• Deliver excellent customer service to tenants and clients

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Plumber in a similar role
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Basic DBS
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing (preferred)
• Social Housing / Domestic experience
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
