Due to continued organic growth, our client is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with a background in building restoration / heritage to compliment and support the commercial team on newley secured projects for 2026. Duties for the Heritage & Bulding Restoration Quantity Surveyor: Reviewing and appointing subcontract packages issued by clients at the beginning of a project and subsequently managing through to final account. Preparing monthly applications/valuations and agree certification with clients as part of the monthly payment cycle, including tracking material and labour costs throughout the project on a weekly basis. Producing accurate cash flow submissions each month based on predicted incoming and outgoing payments for each project you are involved with, including a planned vs actual forecast tracker. Preparing accurate monthly internal cost reports/CVRs for each project to track their profitability.
