OFFICE BASED MON-FRI 8-4PM WITH FREE PARKING The Role Act as the central coordination point between site teams, suppliers, clients (for access and documentation), and the office Support the management of 15-25 concurrent minor works projects Prepare and organise site folders and delivery documentation Collate, format, and issue RAMS and compliance documentation Raise draft subcontractor purchase orders Liaise with clients regarding access, documentation, and project readiness Proactively chase subcontractors and suppliers to ensure deadlines are met Book training, accommodation, plant, and equipment Coordinate material orders and returns Update and maintain the live operations board Maintain structured records and document control Assist with handback documentation You will be responsible for ensuring tasks are followed through accurately and completed on time. What Success Looks Like Site folders are complete, accurate, and well organised Documentation is issued correctly and ahead of works Deliveries and plant arrive on time Subcontractors are organised, informed, and compliant Documentation is prepared promptly and without chasing Operational tasks are cleared efficiently The Senior Delivery Lead can focus on project control rather than administration Experience Required 2+ years' experience in construction, project coordination, or office-based delivery support Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment Confident communicating with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word) Strong follow-up mindset with the ability to see tasks through to completion Construction experience is essential Rail experience is desirable but not essential Strong general IT skills and confidence using document management systems Whats on offer Up to 35,000 (depending on experience) 20 days annual leave + bank holidays Office based - Leatherhead Hours: 8-4pm Mon - Fri FREE parking If your application is successful, you will be contacted shortly.
