We work direct for the client and not through main contractors. Whilst there is obviously therefore some requirement for travel to visit sites (typically once a week), we do not expect our staff to lodge away from home. Our current portfolio of projects range in value from £2,000 to £850,000. Our typical project would be £15K to £40k. Turnover is between £200k and £350k per month. 90% of our work is refurbishment. We tend to work as a team following the project through from enquiry to final completion. Although our Contract Managers are more involved at the end of the process, on larger jobs they will be part of the project evaluation team from the outset, particularly if the work is for a regular client.
