Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a family run, regional new build housing developer, who are currently on the lookout for a Sales Administrator to join them on a permanent basis in their Leeds based office. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth transition from offer to completion and ensuring all documentation is finalised and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and website enquiries from potential buyers.
  • Liaise with solicitors to ensure paperwork is issued on time, such as contracts and enquiries.
  • Ensure everyone has up-to-date sales information.
  • Update price lists, brochures, and property schedules.
  • Maintain CRM systems
  • Book appointments and viewings for Sales Advisors.
