Ideally, you will have: - Strong experience within architectural joinery, shopfitting, commercial interiors, bespoke furniture or specialist fit-out projects. - The ability to confidently read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and tender documentation. - A good understanding of materials, manufacturing processes and associated project costs. - Strong commercial awareness. - Excellent numerical ability and attention to detail. - Strong communication skills with the confidence to deal directly with clients and suppliers. - The ability to manage multiple quotations and deadlines simultaneously. - A proactive approach to following up opportunities and developing customer relationships. - Experience using Excel is essential however, using estimating, ERP or project management systems would be advantageous. Above all, we're looking for someone who understands how bespoke projects are put together commercially and can produce accurate, competitive quotations without compromising on quality.
