Quantity Surveyor - Interior Fit Outs

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a history of delivering successful interior fit out projects across the UK?

Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a privately owned, regional interior fit outs business, who are currently on the look out for a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis out of their Gloucestershire office. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play an integral role, in delivering projects to an incredibly high standard, to budget and meet critical deadlines.

What are we looking for?

• Prior experience delivering successful interior fit out projects as a Quantity Surveyor
• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Strong commercial awareness, especially ordering and taking off materials.
• Full UK's driving license

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare preliminary cost estimates based on design briefs or early-stage drawings.
• Provide cost planning advice to ensure designs are financially feasible
• Prepare tender documentation for subcontractors and suppliers
• Analyse and evaluate subcontractor bids and supplier quotations
