The Role
You'll be the driving force behind a renovation and refurbishment project in Stoke on Trent. You'll oversee day-to-day operations and ensure your projects run safely, smoothly, and to the highest standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading site operations and coordinating trades to keep the project moving
- Championing safety through daily checks, audits, and strong on-site culture
- Managing materials and logistics to keep the programme on track
- Working closely with contractors and the wider project team
- Contributing to design and buildability discussions to improve project outcomes
What We're Looking For
You'll suit this role if you're an organised, proactive leader who takes pride in delivering exceptional work.
Essential:
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- Strong IT and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Experience managing commercial refurbishment projects
- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Site Manager.
Preferred:
- NVQ Level 6 / Black CSCS Managers Card
- HND or equivalent construction qualification
