You will either have already graduated with a degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Construction Management, or be currently studying towards gaining your degree. We are also ideally looking for previous construction industry experience as a Quantity Surveyor. This role does involve a certain amount of autonomy from the beginning and the successful candidate will be taking on a client facing role. So strong communication skills are important, as is the ability to organise yourself well, hit deadlines and have excellent time management skills.
