The Site Agent will lead the delivery of earthworks, remediation, and civil engineering projects across the region. Key Responsibilities Project & Site Management Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure progress in line with programme goals. Maintain accurate site records, diaries, and progress documentation. Client & Stakeholder Engagement Engage effectively with clients, consultants, regulators, and local authorities. Attend progress meetings, site inspections, and handover activities. Manage public and community interfaces when works affect surrounding areas. Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Site Agent or Senior Site Manager in civil engineering or remediation. Strong technical background in earthworks, brownfield remediation, drainage, or infrastructure. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational capabilities. Understanding of NEC or similar contract forms. CSCS Manager card essential; SMSTS and First Aid required; Temporary Works experience advantageous.
