About the role: We are currently looking for a self-motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. Working in a fast-paced environment with a small close team of 4, you will receive on hand training and support daily. Job Title: Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Sub Contractor (Drylining, Partitions, Suspended Ceilings) Location: Manchester (Office/ Site Based) Salary: 25,000 - 35,000 + Package Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and commercially aware Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support our commercial team in delivering accurate cost control and financial reporting across a diverse range of interior fit-out projects. Working closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager, you will assist in managing the financial aspects of drylining, suspended ceilings, and partitioning packages on projects within the commercial, residential, healthcare, education, and office sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented individual looking to develop their QS career in a dynamic subcontracting environment, gaining hands-on experience in cost management, valuations, subcontractor procurement, and site liaison.
