Freelance Night/Site Manager

Midlands regional build contractor are looking for a freelance Site Manager specifically to work nights 7pm-7am to oversee a concrete pour that will be taking place over a 6 week period for the construction of 2 new build industrial units circa 15 Million. Main duties and responsibilities will be to specifically supervise the groundworks package, monitor health & safety, RAMS and provide reports for progress of works to the Project Manager working days for the following night.

CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates will be mandatory requirements
