Responsible for operating in a customer focussed service by dealing politely with customers, ensuring a seamless service and always keeping the customer informed of progress and actions.
Maintain awareness of policies and procedures which impact on how the service is delivered (especially health & safety, environmental and quality requirements).
Ensure effective performance delivery supports the company objectives.
Attendance at team, commercial and production, subcontractor, client/contractor and onsite meetings.
Education / Qualifications
Foundation Degree in Construction or HNC or Timserved experience
First Aid, SMSTS
CSCS Card
