Hard Landscaping Contracts Manager, Mid Devon
An experienced hard landscaper with a minimum of five years' experience is sought to join an established hard landscaping/civils business in Mid Devon. The suited individual will have demonstrable leadership and communication skills with prior examples of delivering projects in a multi-stakeholder environment.
The role will involve running teams working closely with the Managing Director and enthusiastically with customers possessing a good knowledge of hard landscaping and a passion for gardens in general. You will need a thorough knowledge of the latest products/materials including paving & driveways etc. Your skill set will also include drawing/designing schemes, pricing work, ordering materials, overseeing jobs and producing the paperwork for invoicing taking projects from concept to completion.
