The Role
We re looking for a proactive Health & Safety professional to support a busy Facilities Management team. You ll help ensure all projects and contractor activities are delivered safely, while building strong relationships across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct targeted Health & Safety inspections and ensure actions are completed
Gather data and produce clear reports on safety performance
Identify issues and develop practical safety solutions
Influence and support teams to maintain compliance
Lead investigations and produce statistics/analysis
Champion best practice across all FM projects
Plan regular visits across UK sites
Take ownership of your workload and priorities
What You ll Bring
NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (essential)
Experience in construction or project environments
Understanding of audit processes
Desirable: NEBOSH Diploma (L6), CSCS card, ISO 45001/14001 auditing qualification
