The business delivers a broad range of commercial interior refurbishment schemes, and this role will sit within a team focused on fast-paced fit out projects typically ranging from £50k - £1m in value. This is a key position responsible for managing the technical services / MEP elements of projects from design coordination through to commissioning and handover. The role would suit someone with a mechanical bias and strong all-round building services knowledge, potentially stepping up from a building services subcontractor background into a main contractor environment.
