Ensure subcontracts are appraisals are carried out in a timely fashion and information is shared within the company. Ensure subcontract payments are based on accurate valuation and are made on time Maximise revenue opportunities Identify and manage scope and risks on an ongoing basis Minimise waste Be accountable for the commercial involvement and understanding of the programme at summary level.
