The Role
We are seeking an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to lead all pre-contract activities and ensure the successful transition of projects from client instruction through to contract execution. This is a pivotal role within TG Escapes, focused on securing viable, profitable projects while coordinating internal teams, consultants, and clients.
This role is office-based at our Coventry Head Office, therefore candidates must be within a commutable distance, although flexible/hybrid working may be available for the right individual.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Construction Leadership
Act as the primary point of contact during the pre-construction phase for clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams.

Support preparation of tender bids, proposals, and client presentations.
Programme Development
Establish preliminary design and manufacturing programmes aligned with TG Escapes’ build solutions.

Risk Management & Compliance

Main contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a 120M new build RC Frame residential development in East London. The project is due to break ground in May, so you will be overseeing the project from inception to completion. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a senior role on a large-scale scheme, reporting directly to the Project Manager and playing a key part in driving the project through its delivery phases.
