Projects are fast paced and framework driven, often operating under Schedule of Rates (NHF). Duties include managing subcontract accounts, valuations, variations, cost reporting and supporting estimating where required. You will be responsible for accurate cost / value reconciliation, cash flow forecasting and agreeing final accounts to maximise margin.
