Groundwork Gang

PSR Solutions is recruiting on behalf of our specialist groundworks client for an ongoing gang role on a large residential development in Gillingham, Dorset. You'll join a close-knit team, reporting directly to the site foreman, and help deliver foundations, drainage and external works across multiple plots.

• Digging and preparing trenches for footings, drainage runs and ducting

• Assisting with concrete pours, blinding and hardcore placement

• Installing and back-filling drainage pipework

• Transferring materials around site safely (100% manual and plant-assisted)

• Keeping work areas tidy and compliant with site health & safety standards

• Proven experience in groundworks or civils operations

• Valid CSCS card preferred

• Plant tickets (CPCS/NPORS) advantageous but not a deal-breaker

• Good physical fitness and ability to lift up to 25kg

• Strong teamwork mindset and reliability

• Comfortable taking direction from the foreman
