Quantity Surveyor

We are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing Civil business based in Hertfordshire.

Some of your roles and responsibilties, will be as follow:

• Pre-construction;
  • Assist with tendering & estimating & work winning
  • Tender / prestart meetings
  • Subcontract reviews / negotiations
• Project commercial management of 2-5 projects ranging up to 2m each;
  • Cost & value reporting / forecasting
  • Applications for payment
  • Change management (NEC & JCT)
  • Contract administration
  • Procurement
  • Reconciliations
  • Record keeping
  • Final account agreements
