This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing local authority managing a varied workload across residential, commercial and mixed-use developments. You'll be working within an experienced team, with the flexibility and autonomy to manage your own caseload while contributing to the delivery of a high-quality Building Control service. The Role As a Class 2F Registered Building Inspector, you will: Carry out site inspections on a wide range of construction projects. Assess plans and applications for compliance with the Building Regulations. Manage your own portfolio of Building Control applications from commencement through to completion. Provide technical advice to developers, architects, contractors and members of the public. Prepare detailed inspection records and reports.
